Click here to read some information. A $1,000 credit card deposit is required to be paid as an initial deposit on your new vehicle. If you decline to purchase your new car for some reason all we ask is that you cover our administration fee of $250. We guarantee that the final price will be below your best Price or no order will be placed. Your new car order will be placed with the lowest priced dealer. The delivery and allocation of all new vehicles is handled by the manufacturer of your new vehicle. Your order will be next in line for allocation, and the allocation process is as follows: sold vehicles (being paying clients) who have placed a deposit and submitted an order for a vehicle are top priority with the manufacturer to arrange delivery. All manufacturers do their utmost to record the highest number of vehicle sales, and a sale can only be recorded when the vehicle has been prepared, registered and delivered to its new owner. So no matter where your new car has been ordered from, all delivery times will be the same. It is in the dealer’s and manufacturer’s best interests to arrange delivery as soon as possible. It is common for some dealers to imply they can arrange delivery sooner then any one else, which can be misleading to the customer.
The new car warranty is covered by the vehicle manufacturer not the dealership, so no matter where your new car is supplied from any warranty issues can be attended to by a dealership convenient to you.
Yes, you can service your car at any dealership of your choice - regardless of where the car was supplied from. This applies right from the first service. Dealership service departments are always very happy to gain a new service customer.
We can have your local dealer included in the pricing request. Just include your preferred salesperson's name and the dealership name in the enquiry submission and we will do the rest.
When you instruct us you are ready to proceed with your purchase we will forward you the lowest priced dealer’s details. We have an agreement with the dealers that we only disclose their identity to a client who is ready to proceed with the purchase.
Only on your instruction to us that you wish to proceed with your purchase will the lowest priced dealer be supplied with your contact details and be asked to contact you. No other dealer will receive your details from us!
Yes! You can secure the trade in offer of your old car with the lowest price dealer and have this special condition on the sale agreement: “I wish to reserve the right to remove my trade in from this sale prior to delivery of my new vehicle”. So you still have the right to sell your trade in privately. This is a proven best way for you to be assured you are getting the absolute highest price for your old car.
If your new car purchase is contingent upon the sale of a trade in, we organise for a Licensed Valuer to assess it and ascertain the highest price for immediate disposal. Our aim is to make your transaction completely seamless in regards to the trade in.
For us to conduct thorough research, allow 12 working hours. We will be back to you within that time with our suggested starting price from our extensive database which will give you an excellent price for budgeting of your new vehicle, in the exact specification you requested. Then with your permission and on your instruction we will conduct a blind tender, to get the price down to its absolute lowest point.
There is a fee made to The Car Broker upon delivery of your new vehicle. The fee on average is $273 and is made payable from the dealer’s advertising account. This way our fee will not impact on your new car price as it comes out of the dealer’s advertising budget and is only paid if a sale is made, making it the most efficient way to advertise (payment for performance). In the past, dealers have paid for costly television radio and print media advertising and received no sales in return. Many dealers have told me our system just makes more sense than advertising.
By helping people save money on their car purchases, which helps them by reducing their outlay, we help manufacturers and dealers achieve their ever increasing sales targets without the high cost of advertising and increased staff levels. Our customers receive the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) we can offer. Our quick and easy communication system is always improving, so customers are always happy to recommend our service to their family and friends whenever they hear of anyone in the market for a car. This positive feedback is vital for the continuing success of our business. Dealers recommend our service to other dealers who are in need of extra sales to meet their sales targets, and our service is top of mind and easy to remember to get the lowest price on a car. Manufacturers and dealers have improved their service and communication to us because we help them achieve the sales needed without the need for costly and inefficient advertising campaigns.
So we can contact you to confirm we are researching the correct Make, Model & Specifications, and provide any necessary market feedback (ie availability) in a timely fashion.
We have created an environment where you, the customer, will get the lowest price possible by helping a new car dealership in need of sales to reach their sales targets. This win win situation lets both the car buyer and car dealer mutually benefit.
Sales people go through this process many times a day, while the average person buys a car once every 3 to 5 years. This makes a sales person far more experienced in this cat and mouse game. When a car buyer goes to the local dealer of their choice, they are greeted by a member of the sales team who works on a commission structure which is aimed at rewarding a salesperson with the highest retained profit margin for each car they have sold. All salespeople will tell you they need this sale to make their sales quota, which is the first thing a salesperson learns. The best sales staff are usually first to greet you upon your arrival at the dealership, or first to answer your call if you make a phone inquiry (they are extremely likeable people who are very hard to say no to). A sales professional will get your full name your address and telephone numbers to follow you up, in case they cannot sell you a car on the spot, which is their intention. You have entered into the sales process, and you will be constantly contacted by phone or direct mail. So as you can see a salesperson's best price is as high as he can get you to pay in order to make a large commission cheque, and a new car buyer should be determined to get their new car for the lowest price possible. So right from the beginning a salesperson and car buyer is at loggerheads, both working against each other. Our aim is to help both parties achieve the desired goal by offering the sale to the dealer with the most competitive price.
We seek out and are approached by dealers who are in need of sales to reach their sales targets. These targets are set by the vehicle manufacturers. Dealers who fail to meet their sales targets are in breach of their franchise agreement, and can run the risk of having their franchise agreement terminated. This is a franchise that has cost the dealer principal a lot to purchase, set up, and maintain! Consequently, a dealer who is unable to reach their sales target will more than likely sell a car at a far greater discount. That’s where my many years of industry knowledge will help you get the lowest price for your new car, free of pressure, stress, & hassle. So as you can see this is a win win situation - your new car will be supplied by the dealer with the lowest price, which helps that dealer meet their sales target. You win by getting the lowest price and the dealer wins by selling a car which boosts their monthly sales figures.
The system we use is proven to be the best available, and is only $30.
